Curriculum includes Noogler (new hire) Orientation & On-boarding, people management, leadership development, professional skills, language instruction, emotional intelligence, creativity & innovation, and personal effectiveness.Erica's prior Google roles and projects included figuring out innovative ways to bring data-driven decision-making to HR. Work on the People Analytics team included using analysis/data to attract, engage, retain, reward and raise productivity of Google's employees.
Debra is the Global Head of Business Strategy & Growth at Facebook. She is a senior executive with 16 years of experience providing strategic, marketing, operational and fiscal leadership within consulting, client-side & agency organizations across several platforms & industry verticals. Partnering with Regional Leaders, she charts the strategic direction of the organization by creating the necessary building blocks to scale & optimize smart & fast around the globe.
